PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIME
Please allow up to 14 business days for items to be processed and shipped. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via the email address associated with your order.

DELIVERY TIME
After your order has shipped, please allow 3 to 5 business days for delivery.

HOLIDAY & SALE ITEMS
Please allow an extra 1 to 2 weeks for shipping on holiday and sale items due to high order volumes and extended processing times.

CARRIER RESPONSIBILITY NOTICE
Once your package is shipped and in the hands of the postal carrier, we are no longer responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages. If you experience any issues after your tracking has updated, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

PREORDERS

Please allow for up to 20 business days for preorders to be shipped and arrive.  Though it will more than likely be shipped out sooner.  Instagram updates are the most accurate updates when it comes to preorder shipping and you can check it on @sonsofsun.co.

Refund & Return Policy

We take pride in the quality and exclusivity of our products. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

SIZING ISSUES
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizing. Sizing details, model specs, and fit guides are provided on each product page — by completing your purchase, you confirm you've reviewed this information before selecting your size.

DAMAGED ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, we're happy to issue a refund or exchange. Please email us photos of the damage along with your order number within 48 hours of receiving your order.

RETURN PERIOD
You may return your item within 14 days of receiving it. Returns received after this period will not be accepted.

RETURN CONDITIONS
- Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in resalable condition
- Original tags and packaging must be intact
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- Items that do not meet these conditions will be rejected

RETURN SHIPPING COST
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and vary by location and courier.
